About the Role
You are the technical expert in the room during the sales process. You help our institutional clients understand how our API can solve their specific problems, and you lead the hands-on implementation of their custom migrations. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of code and customer strategy.
What you'll do
Deliver technical demos and architectural deep-dives for prospective enterprise clients.
Build custom integration bridges and "proof of concept" tools for new customers.
Create high-quality technical documentation for client-side developers.
Partner with the Sales team to ensure a seamless technical transition for all new users.
What you'll bring
Strong coding skills (Node.js/Go) and significant customer-facing experience.
Ability to solve complex architectural puzzles on the fly during live meetings.
Experience with API design and technical troubleshooting for external clients.
A professional, consultative approach to technical problem-solving.
