About the Role
As we scale, our internal complexity grows. You are the "operating system" of the company, ensuring that our London, New York, and Singapore offices move as one. You’ll manage everything from vendor relationships to internal culture, ensuring that our team can stay focused on building the future of finance.
What you'll do
Streamline internal workflows and cross-departmental communication systems.
Manage global office logistics, vendor partnerships, and procurement.
Lead the onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring they feel "Inside Fintechy" from day one.
Organize global team retreats and cultural events that keep our mission alive.

Proven experience scaling operations in a fast-growing, international tech startup.
Exceptional organizational skills and a gift for solving complex logistical puzzles.
A warm, professional communication style that brings people together.
High proficiency with modern ops tools (Slack, Notion, HRIS systems).
What we offer
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Equity.
