Infrastructure Security Lead

About the Role

Security is not a feature; it is our foundation. As the Security Lead, you will oversee the LUMINA Shield architecture and protect against evolving global threats. You will be responsible for the "digital fortress" that guards our clients' assets. We move fast, but we never compromise on the zero-trust models that keep our users safe.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across all platform layers.

• Implement and manage advanced IAM, encryption, and key management protocols.

• Lead the response strategy and post-mortem analysis for any potential security incidents.

• Define and enforce security best practices across the entire engineering organization.

What you'll bring

• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

• Advanced knowledge of cryptographic standards, network security, and secure SDLC.

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) and a track record of securing high-value assets.

• A "white-hat" hacker mindset that proactively seeks out and fixes weaknesses.

What we offer

• Salary: £135,000 – £155,000 + Equity.
